my partner and i have a falling out and he is running our corporation. He is putting our corporate income in his personal account where the corporation cant access it is he breaking a corporate law?

Your partner could be breaking many laws, and violating your partnership agreement (if you have one) as well.  You need to find a lawyer as soon as possible (someone here at attorneypages.com may be able to help).  Bring your agreement with you for the lawyer to read.  He will probably need to go to court to stop him from playing games with your corporate money and can even have him temporarily removed from running the business if you can prove what you say is happening.  Good luck.
