Claim with aaa
My vehicle was damaged during a tow with
aaa. I called and filled a claim over a
month now. The repair shop sent them the
estimate and now I’m getting the run
around. What can i do. I have photos of
the vehicle before the damage

Your recourse is to sue AAA for negligence. Your damages (monetary compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit) would be the cost of repairs to your car. Depending on the amount of your damages, you may be able to file your lawsuit in small claims court. Upon prevailing in the case, you can also recover court costs which include the court filing fee and process server fee.
