Where my civil rights violated if I was wrongfully accused of stealing medication out of my boss’s purse?

They have me on video going in and out of her office. They even had a police officer come in and talk to me at work yesterday. I did nothing wrong and have now been suspended from my job. Everyone at work knows the situation due to my boss telling them. Do I have any recourse?

No, you do not have any recourse:
1) If you did not have a written employment contract for a definite term or otherwise restricting your employer's ability to terminate you, you were an "employee at will"; an employee at will may be terminated at any time, for any reason, including a mere suspicion of theft.
2) There is no liabilty for reporting in good faith a suspected crime to the police, even if it later turns out that there was no crime.
