Can we dispute our Chapter 13 Trustee taking our income tax refund every year?
Other Trustees in our same area do not do this. We adopted 2 children this year and we are expecting a larger refund. This money (especially the child credit) is very much needed to raise these children.

Given what you have written about you have every right to contest that the Chapter 13 trustee with respect to your bankruptcy takes your income tax refund each year. I suggest that you call and write the trustee the reasons for the objection and then see what transpires.
