What do you mean by your "private case info"? If you mean the fact that you have been charged and what you have been charged with and why, that  is NOT private information: it is a matter of public record. Anyone could file a document request with the police/government, for example, to see arrest or incident reports; the fact that a case was filed and for what is available from the court (including from a court website, if they maintain a searchable one for this purpose); etc.
