What are an employees options if they are being harassed by their boss?

My director brings me in his office almost everyday stating he heard from someone that I said something about him which I did not. He states that he built the program and if anyone is going to get fired it will be me and I have to hear this almost everyday. I have noticed he does not do this to other people just me. I am the only Caucasian instructor here. Is this legal or am I just out of luck and have to deal with it?

It is illegal to harass or discriminate against someone in employment on account of their race. You mention that you are the only Causasian instructor; if you believe that you are suffering this treatment because of your race, you may have a cause of action and be entitled to compensation; you should consult with an employment law attorney about your rights, the strength and value of a potential case, and what it would cost to pursue that case.
