My sister left her us citizen Husbend and went
back to israel with her green card,she had
been in israel for 6 years,her card is now
expired ,and she has 2 us citizen kids .
Can she still renew her green card to come
back to the us with or without her kids ?

Most likely the green card was terminated due to abandonment because you cannot remain a green card holder if you are not living permanently in the US. However, if one of your children is 21 years of age, he/she can petition for your green card once again, if you are no longer married to the US citizen husband.
