Can sexting be used against me in a divorce?

I have sent and received naked pictures from a third party and am now getting a divorce. Can that be used against me as adultery?

Possibly.  This type of evidence must be relevant to the issue presented before the court, and there are also foundational requirements that must be satisfied to introduce such evidence.  The Judge in your case will determine whether or not to allow this type of evidence in and/or what purpose this evidence will serve if admitted.
