im waiting ta go to court to see if my 2 yr deffered judgment is revoked for a new violation if my p.o. has already summonsed me to court for a motion to terminate or revoke can she still charge me with different violations like a missed office meeting can she put a warrent out for me prior to court or dose the judge have to say im in violation

Your probation hasn't been revoked, yet. Your probation officer has filed the papers to ask for that, but the court hasn't signed the order yet. Until the order is signed, you're still on probation, and you are still racking up new violations by not showing up the way you are supposed to.
