Can my parents visit me in the US if their visa was sponsored by my brother who currently lives outside of the country?
My brother had sponsored my parents US visa. My parents have visited the US already. Their visa is valid for next 10 years. Now, my brother is out of the US.However,I live in the US too. Will I be able to bring my parents here if my brother is not living in here now?

Sure. If they are coming as tourist, the original reason for the tourist visa will not be relevant. The new/current trip will be the factor the officer at the airport will review. Why are you coming? Who are you visiting? Do you have a round trip ticket? These will be the things that a tourist needs to be able to answer.

Absolutely! So long as they have a valid visa, they can anther at will. It is irrelevant how the visa was obtained. Just make sure they do not overstay. What is your immigration status? You may reply directly to me at [email protected]
