Can my ex-‘wife decide to change the childrens school without asking me first?

My ex-wife was given legal residency when we got divorced but I have had the children in my district for over 5 years due to her moving around a lot. Now she has moved over the 30 mile limit and wants to just change their school without asking first Is this legal for her to do?

You have a lot of issues going on here first of which is her moving over the limit I assume was decided in your divorce agreement, which is a binding contract.  You need to contest the change based upon that but you need to seek help from some one in your area who can read all the paperwork to et you know what can and can not be done here.  It is really not a case of legal versus not legal.  It is who has what rights under your agreement.  Good luck.
