Can my employers put all my wages as a bonus?
My employers put all my 3 months wages as bonus. Is this the right thing to do? They show on wage statement as bonus, not wages. However, it’s actually my wages from working hours, no extra money. What should I say to my employers regarding this problem?

The employer's obligation is to pay you the correct amount of money for the amount of work you did--there is no law requiring that they be called "wages," "salary," or "bonus." Therefore, if you were paid the correct amount(s), you do not have any legal claim or cause of action--the employer did what it was supposed to.
