Can my employer force me to post a biography and photo of myself on the business website?
I have never signed any permission form and have declined to post a biography as other staff members were told they do not need to post one. He then threatened to fire me.

Yes, your employer could choose to make it a term or condition of employment to post a personal biolgraphy and picture on the company website, and could terminate you for cause (for violating company policy and/or a supervisor's instructions) if you do not, in which case you would be ineligible for unemployment. It does not matter that you did not previously sign a consent form--if you do not consent now, they can take adverse employment action against you.
