Can my car insurance company take extra money out of my bank account because they increased my monthly payment?
When I was quoted for car insurance coverage it was $815 for 6 months, which means my monthly payment would be $135.83. The first month the insurance company took out $139.87 from my bank account. The second month they took out $424.90. I received a letter stating that my insurance had increase due to proof of previous insurance. Once I was aware, I sent the proof in right away but they refuse to adjust my insurance. So I canceled my coverage with them. They are saying they can’t return my money because my proof that was given to them was past 59 days. Do they have the rights to do this?

Not a good business practice but it may be within their policy. What you need to do is to file a compaint with consumer protection agency like BBB to help you sort things out with the insurance company.
