Can my boyfriends creditors file liens against my house since he lives with me?

I am a homeowner in Washington
state. My live-in boyfriend has terrible
financial problems and I’m afraid it may
affect my property I own solely.

No, your boyfriend's creditors cannot file liens against your house unless you are also liable for any money owed to those creditors.  A legal obligation is not based on location. In other words, a person's debts do not become the liability of their "landlord".
