There are several privileges that defendant's can invoke. Some of them include a privileges for spouses, preachers, and doctors. However, there is not a privilege for children. Before she can testify, however, the court will have to insure that she understands the difference between a truth and a lie and that her testimony is relevant. If these two thresholds are met, then she can testify against you.
