Can me and a 16 year old girl get married

Me and a 16 year old female wants to get
married but her parents won’t let us be
together and she doesn’t have anyone
else that would help us out and plus we
don’t know if the president is going to
change the law about it so how can we
date and get married

First of all, the state and not the president makes the laws concerning at what age people can marry. Secondly, in AL, a person 18 years old can marry outright but a person between 16-17 years old must have the consent of both parents. I'm afriad that's the law, no exceptions.
