Can I write my own review guide for a professional board exam and sell the same on-line?

I am a qualified licensed professional who would like to write a review guide/ preparatory material to **** professional board exam and sell it on-line to make profit. Can I do that right away or would there be an legal obligations?

Potentially you can write your own program and review such as a study guide, have it copyrighted, bound and marketed for re-sale on line and in stores. I see notjing that would preclude you legally as long as all the material used is your own, or you get written permission from other authors to reference their material.

To get started, you first need to write the review guide and then decide whether to self publish or take the guide to a publisher to see if a third person would be interested in publishing it for you. Once bound for production, you will need to market it. Hopefully you already have a business plan in place and have been in contact with a copyright attorney.

Good luck.
