I am starting a cleaning business
and would like to use a virtual
address when obtaining my
licenses. The virtual address is

No, you need a physical address for purposes of legal filing and will need an in state registered agent for service of process (if you do not have an instate office and representative who can accept service): because certain legal events (and lawsuits) require a physical location, you must have either a registered agent in state and/or a local physical address. You can use a "virtual address" for customers, orders, vendor relations, etc.--but you need the in-state physical address and/or registered agent for registration and legal process.
