Unfortunately, unprofessional and rude remarks made in the workplace must constitute some form of legally actionable discrimination in order to be actionble. In other words, you can only sue if they relate to a person's race, religion, age (over 40), nationality, gender or disability. The fact is that an employer can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit (absent a breach of the terms of an applicable union agreement or employment contract). At this point, you may want to get another job, one where you will be treated with rspect.
