Sue for what? Did you suffer an injury that is quantifiable? Lawsuits aren't just to get a free ride.  So you ate a small piece of raw chicken.  Did you get sick and have to be rushed to the hospital?

Did you get your meal for free? If you got your meal for free, you should be all set.   No court is going to simply award you money just for eating it unless you show proof positive you had a medical reaction.
