There is nothing you can do, unfortunately, unless you had an actual written employmet contract guarantying you the job and start date, which contract was violated. That is because when there is no written employment contract, all employment is "employment at will." That means, among other things, that employment may be terminated at any time for any reason; and also that employers have free discretion whether and when to start someone in a new job. So even if they told that you had the job, under "employment at will," they were free to renege on that promise and delay starting you or never start you at all.
If you did have a written employment contract, you can enforce it in court, with a lawsuit for "breach of contract" if necessary.
