Can I still sue a year later after my accident ?

I got rear ended by an unlicensed driver causing me
to crash into the back of a pickup truck. New Link Destination
taling my
car and the person that rear ended me car. It’ll be a
year in December since the accident.

The "statute of limitations," or time period within which a lawsuit must be started in your state is two years from the time of the accident for both personal injury (i.e. injury to you) and property damage (i.e. damage to your car); you therefore are still within time to sue.
