Can I still report a child molester even if it happened 8 years ago?
Do I need physical proof? What if I know someone else that was under age and involved with this person? I need to do something about this.

I am unsure if you mean child molestation or if you actually mean statutory rape in the techinical term. Either way, sometimes these matters can be brought years later depending on the facts and the strength of the case.
