Only share it if the owners say you can. Otherwise, if you share a confidential letter without their approval, not only will they presumably fire you "for cause" (no unemployment), but if it causes them any problems or losses, or damages any legal case(s) (when you divulge attorney work product, you can destroy confidentiality and let the other side in a lawsuit see it), they could sue you, too.
