I was given 2 years probation for 1 hydrocodone pill that was in my purse, when I first went to see my probation officer the papers said that it was for possession of marijuana. though I went to every appointment with my probation officer and took every class that I was told and started my com. service, I refused to pay on the fine until they corrected the information. now I’ve paid some of the payments (although I am behind) and I did not report 2 times to the financial P. O. after my open heart surgery I called to ask to take a job in another town and she said to go to court for revocation

I'm not a Texas attorney, so I don't know if appointed counsel is available for a hearing like this, but it certainly would not hurt to ask.
I think refusing to pay the fine was probably not the right way to go about getting your records corrected, but that problem, along with your surgery, might help you avoid the maximum sentence here.
