Can I removebelongings being stored on my property if the owners refuse to?

I have property across the street from a lake and have asked the residents to remove their belongings from my property because several of them are trespassing. The property is posted private. I have sent letters and asked face to face for the items to be removed but they will not.

If you have trespassers on your property as opposed to tenants who have belongings on your property, you are free to remove the items from it. If this is the situation that you are writing about, I would notify law enforcement of the trespass and see if law enforcement will have the belongings removed.

If law enforcement will not do so, I suggest that before you actually remove the items, you consult with a real estate attorney as to whether or not filing a lawsuit against the trespassers rather than simply remove the items on your own first.

You are legally entitled to remove the items belonging to trespassers from your property if you desire.
