can i put my daughter on my new wifes health insurance

i was divorced about 3 years ago. i am currently the soul provider for my
daughters health insurance. would there be any issues if i put her on my new
wifes health insurance because i will be switching to hers. just want to know if
that would be a legal issue. as long as i am covering my daughter does it matter?

There would be no legal issue from the point of view of your divorce and any support, etc. obligations from it: you would be providing or arranging for the insurance, so you'd be fulfilling your obligations. As long as coverage is provided, you would be fine.
