Can I post pictures on any media outlet that expose the working conditions at my previous employer?

I was constantly getting burned at work because of the conditions they had me working under.

You can, but be warned that you could be sued for doing so in some circumstances:
1) If you expose any proprietary processes or business information, for misappropriation of business secrets/property;
2) If your pictures or any text accompanying them is in any way factually misleading, for defamation or portraying the company in "false light";
3) If you signed any confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement (including one in an employee handbook) and you violate its terms, for breach of contract.
And, if you are still working there, you may be terminated, possibly "for cause" (no unemployment) for this doing this, unless you have a written employment contract preventing termination. So you can do this, but it may be dangerous.
