Can I hire lawyer to stop creditors and their lawyers to contact or pursue while waiting on loan mod?

I hired a third party to do a loan mod and would breach contract if I file bankruptcy. It has been 30 days but I have filed an answer and have been informed by other creditors they will sue. Bankruptcy will be my only option since I cannot pay but I cannot file until done with the loan mod. We should done the bankruptcy first then the loan mod but what’s done is done. Is there such a process?

I suggest doing nothing.  the creditors will go away with the filing of the BK.  while you are waiting for the loan mod you can sit back and wait.  the only issue is that you do not want a judgment lien to be placed on your property.  if there is a suit and you are still waiting for the loan mod to get done, then file an answer and delay the process as long as you can.  I suggest hiring a lawyer to assist you in the BK and making sure that the creditors dont ruin the loan mod and BK.
