Can I have my neighbor’s gas meters removed from my property?
They are not in my deeds utility easement which runs across the back of my property. These meters and lines are in the middle of my adjacent lot.

I would obtain a preliminary report from a title company before you move the gas meters that are on your property to make sure that there is no easement for them to be there.
The problem that I see is that if the meters have been on your property for more than five years, a prescriptive easement situation may have arisen allowing them to remain. I suggest that you consult with a real estate attorney about your matter after you have obtained the recommended preliminary report and have read it.
