Can I get my license back if I was charged under my maiden name?
I was charged with drink driving under my maiden name. I told the police officers more than once this wasn’t my
legal name but they did it anyway. Can I get my license back if this was done incorrectly?

No, you can't. Recording the maiden vs. the post-marriage name on the summons or charge is essentialy a "typo": it is an error that does not go to the heart or essentials of the matter (i.e. that you evidently drove drunk). It is the sort of error that the court can and will, when brought to their attention, correct without in any way invalidating the charge.
