Can I get an expungement for my felony record that occurred 18 years ago?

I have not been in trouble with the law since.

It may be possible to expunge your record if (or when) you are over age 70. There are few exceptions, including sexual offenses involving minors.

Prior to age 70, expungement is not possible. Your only remedy would be to seek a pardon. This is not impossible, but is a lengthy process.
