Can I freeze an IRA account?

My husband and I lived together for 13 years; we were married for 12 years. We recently started talking divorce. I’m now out of state visiting a friend. My husband had a 401k at work. He retired 2 years ago and we rolled it over into an IRA. I signed off on his pension so we’d have more money a month.I get nothing if he dies. To guard my safety if he died before me, he said that I could have the IRA. He calls it “mine”. Today I got an email that he’d taken money from the IRA and transferred it into an unknown account. He’s changed all the information; I’ve no access. Can I freeze this $100,000 until I get a lawyer?
