Can I file my own divorce?

He lives in another state. He has agreed to all terms. I can’t really afford an attorney so I was hoping to file on my own.

Since money is an issue, see if Legal Aid can help you. If not, check if there is a law school in your area since many run legal clinics that take clients for free/reduced fees depending on your financial circumstances. Additionally, you can contact your local county/state bar association and ask if it has a list of attorneys who will represent clients "pro bono" (i.e. for free). If you want, you can file yourself; each state typically has an on-line website that contains information for doing so. If there are no choldren invovled here is a link that you will find to be of help: https://www.in.gov/judiciary/selfservice/2349.htm; if you have children then here is that link: https://www.in.gov/judiciary/selfservice/2351.htm
