Can I deny access to a neighbors bridge that sets on my property
I purchased property that a a neighbors existing
bridge on it. The neighbors do not live on the
property. The bridge is unsafe and still being used
There is a county road through the property but the
bridge is private. The road right of way is through
the creek. Can I deny access to the bridge.

It all comes down to whether there is an easement allowing others (such as the neighbor) to access and use the bridge. If there is no easement and the bridge is fully on your property, you can deny other people use of or access to it. But if there is an easement, you have to allow anyone permitted by the easement to use it. Your deed should indicate whether there is an easement, and the terms of it.
