CanI change my plea after signing a plea agreement?
It was the only way I could get out of jail. I really am innocent.

Whether or not you will be allowed to change your plea for the criminal matter that you entered in order to get released from jail will be ultimately decided by the judge hearing your matter. Having a plea changed after a plea agreement signed is a pretty complicated and legally technical thing to have approved.
With that in mind, I suggest that the best way for you to proceed in getting your plea that you want to change moving forward is to retain an experienced criminal defense attorney to assist you in your endeavor.
