I had lost my OPT EAD card recently and I got it back today. However I had sent
new I-765 application for replacement card. So can I cancel my new application
for replacement card?

You can make an appointment with the local USCIS notice and explain the situation and ask for the processing on the replacement card to be stopped. however, you will not get your filing fee refunded. You should wait until you get the receipt notice for the new application so that they can locate the file.
