Can I be sued by someone who was in my car with me when I was involved in an accident that took place 2 years ago?
He suffered no bodily harm, claimed no trauma whatsoever to the police, and the reason for the accident was on my part due to medical reasons. I passed out from heat stroke.

Your passenger could file a lawsuit against you for negligence if the lawsuit is filed prior to the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations. However, your passenger shouldn't recover any damages (monetary compensation) because he wasn't injured; had no medical bills, wage loss, etc.
