Can I be punished if I’m a felon and my brother left his firearm under my back seat?
He used my car while I was at work. He forgot it was back there and I never knew it was there. I was pulled over and charged with convicted felon with an firearm but he had legit paperwork on his firearm. What do you think will happen to me? I have been off probation for 4 years.

Quite honestly, it will depend on all of the exact circumstnces of the case. For example, did your brother regularly use your car? Does he live with you? Will he corroberate your story? Since you have a lot potentially at risk here, your are well advised to consult directly with a criminal law attorney in your area. They can listen to all of the details of your situation and best advise you further.
