Yes, you may be evicted even though you are on house arrest. The fact that you are subject to house arrest does not deprive the landlord, a third party not subject to the conditions of your arrest, of his or her rights, including the right to evict you for breach of the lease, nonpayment of rent, or other good and lawsful cause, such as willfully damaging the landlord's property or threatening the landlord. Your arrest and its terms only binds you, not other parties.
