Can I be arrested for a crime that I committed at the age of 12 if that was over 9 years ago?
When I was 12 I made out and had touched my 6 year old sister but but it was not forced and it was not sex. Now my sister is going to call the cops on me saying that it was sex. Can I go to jail?

Potentially the statute of limitations with respect to the alleged matter that you did is time barred under your state's criminal statute of limitations. The problem from your sister's standpoint even if she reported you is that you were a 12 year old minor at the time and having the prosecution prove the elements of the crime after all these years.
