Can employer force me to for expenses then reimburse?

All other employees have an expense credit card through the company. I am forced
to use my own and then wait for reimbursement.

How to reimburse an employee for expenses that they have paid is up to the employer unless otherwise provided under the terms of an employment contract or union agreement. Actually, such expenses do not have to be provided at all, therefore to the extent that they are, an employer has a great deal of say over when and how that is done. The reality is that most employment is "at will" which means that a company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit, absent some form of legally actionable discrimination. So unless your difffereing treatment has to do with your race, religion, age (over 40), disability, etc. you have no claim here. The fact is that no all employees need be treated the same or even fairly (unless of course it constitutes the type of discrimination just outlined).
