Can they ask you to do so? Sure--anyone can ask anyone else to do anything I could ask you to give me $10,000, for example. Do you have to do this? No. You are under no obligation to sign the write-up. (You no longer work for them--what are they going to do if you don't sign fire you?) They could offer you money to do so (e.g. severance), and maybe that would make it worth your while, but siging it is purely voluntary on your part.
