Can a Will override legally signed documents?
The names of my 4 children are on the deed but I only want 1 child to have the house. The other three refuse to sign off on the deed. How can I make sure that only my 1 child will get the house?

Unfortunately, you really have no options here. Regardless of what your Will may provide, a deed cannot be overridden by it. Whoever legally owns the property, that is whoever is on the tile, has the legal rights to it.
