Absent some sort of agreement that you may have enrtered into regarding this matter, your employer has no right to stop you from contacting your fellow co-workers off of the work premises (they can prohibit you , however, from entering the premises). That having been said, it could fire any employee who has contact with you (again absent any employment contract, union agreement, etc. to the contrary).
