Under the laws of all states in this country, unpaid property taxes owed the county tax assessor's office with respect to one's home are attributable solely to that property and result in a lien solely upon the property whose property taxes are not being paid upon. Such unpaid property taxes do not act as a floating lien to a new home (house # 2) owned by the person that is not paying the property taxes on the other home (house # 1).
