Can a nursing home with hold a client’s requests for fax correspondences regarding their medications?

We have repeatedly requested them because of a reported error in dosage of insulin and the facility will not give them to the client.

It would be advisable to speak with an attorney regarding your potential medical malpractice case.  Medical malpractice is negligence. The attorney can subpoena the medical records including the correspondence you had requested regarding the reported error in the dosage of insulin.
