If based upon fault grounds (such as adultery, etc.) I am asuming that it is possible to obtain a divorce in that short period of time. But if you do not want to claim such grounds then divorce can be granted on the application of either party if and when the husband and wife have lived separate and apart without cohabitation for a period of one year. See South Carolina Code of Laws Section 20-3-10. Good luck.
