Is a prosecution pre-filing deferral the same as a criminal adjudication?
As a juvenile, I was arrested for felony charges. I was given some community service and counseling sessions. Today, my report reads “prosecutor pre-filing deferral” in the result section.

No, it's not the same as an adjudication. An adjudication is a determination by a court after trial, or your pleading guilty (which has the same effect as a court determination). In this case, the prosecutor elected to defer prosecution prior to their being a trial.
